Playing JUCO at Pima Community College, Imhoff remained in his hometown of Chandler, A.Z. He was selected in the 18th Round of the 2023 M.L.B. Draft by the Chicago White Sox pitching in six games of Rookie-ball in 2024 before being released on September 5. Signed to Rocky Mountain on February 3, 2025.
