D.G. Elmore

D.G. Elmore, Jr. joined the management of the Sky Sox Baseball Club (now the Rocky Mountain Vibes) in 1991. D.G. Elmore Jr., son of David G. Elmore, is a versatile talent holding both legal and M.B.A. degrees. He is currently the Chairman and Owner of several different companies, including Gant Travel Management, Decision Tree Resources, Adams & Westlake, Solution Tree, Velo Vacations and Cornerstone Information Systems.

In addition to his business involvements, D.G. is an active member for the New Horizons Foundation and The Navigators. An Illinois native, D.G. now makes his home in Bloomington, Indiana where is is active in community development projects. He and his wife, Gini, have six children.

 
Doug Elmore
 
Doug Elmore, son of David G. Elmore, is Managing Director of the Elmore Sports Group, Ltd., President and owner of the Diamond Concessions companies, and Vail Service Stations, LLC. Elmore is also involved in real estate, having owned and developed hotels, industrial parks, condominiums and gas stations.
 
Elmore and his wife, Julie, live in Chicago and have three grown children.

Bob Flannery
General Manager

Hometown: South Hadley, Massachusetts

Bob brings over 25 years of baseball administration experience to the Vibes.

Bob spent over six years as the General Manger and then Vice President of the Boise Hawks. Following the 2018 season, Flannery was named Executive of the Year in the Northwest League. In 2019, the Hawks hosted the Pioneer League/Northwest League All Star Game. Bob has also served as the General Manager of the Columbus Red Stixx, New Haven Ravens, Hagerstown Suns and the Augusta Green Jackets. 

Flannery began his minor league baseball career with the Midland Angels (now RockHounds) as the team's clubhouse manager and later served as Director of Group Sales and then as Director of Concessions. From 2005 through 2008, Bob was the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions at the University of Nebraska Omaha. 

Bob, who played 2 years of junior college baseball at Holyoke Community College (MA), is from South Hadley, MA, and is a 1990 sport management graduate from the University of Massachusetts. He has two daughters, Alyssa and Emily, and one grandson, Brecken.



Donny Bailey
Director of Finance

Donny is entering his 5th season with the Vibes as the Director of Finance. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Colorado - Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Minor in Marketing. Donny grew up in Westminster, Colorado but moved to Colorado Springs for college and has made it his home since. He has previously worked for the Colorado Rockies and the Air Force Falcons. 

In his free time, you can catch Donny outdoors or doing anything sports related. As an avid Colorado Sports fan, he catches as many games as possible, and also has season tickets to the Denver Broncos. After growing up in Colorado and living there for 23 years, he finally decided to learn how to snowboard, and has fallen in love with it since. 


Jake Hathaway

Jake is starting his 6th season as a member of the Vibes front office staff. He started his baseball journey during the 2019 season as a Group Sales Associate. He has also worked for the Vibes cross-state rivals - the Grand Junction Rockies.

Jake graduated from Colorado Mesa University Class of 2018 in Grand Junction, Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Minor in Statistics. Jake is an avid Colorado sports fan and spends his free time skiing and enjoying everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Jen Burke

Jen is starting her 3rd season with the Vibes as the Director of Marketing. Jen attended Grand Canyon University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. During her time at GCU, she was a leader of the Havocs Student Section and was also the social media coordinator. While going to school in Phoenix, AZ she had the opportunity to work with the Cleveland Guardians in merchandising and the Arizona Diamondbacks in the marketing department.

You can catch Jen on the slopes snowboarding or attending Colorado Avalanche games. She loves to hike, travel, play volleyball & tennis and spending time with family & friends.


 
Madison Dermody
Director of Food & Beverage

This will be Madison's third season with the Vibes! She grew up in a military household and sports was always the connection to the family's region of origin, as well as a fun way to make friends as the family moved. In her time at Baylor University, she played club soccer and worked for the men's basketball team, further refining an interest in this field of work. Combining a passion for excellent food service and the natural inclination to the world of sports, the role of Director of Food and Beverage is a perfect fit.

 
 
Jordan Kuykendall

This is Jordan's 3rd season with the Rocky Mountain Vibes. He is a Colorado Springs native and grew up watching the Sky Sox's play. He previously worked for the United States Air Force Academy as a maintenance manager for several different operations on and off the military installation. In his free time, he enjoys playing catch, working on cars and bowling. He is currently working on achieving a professional bowling title.  

 
Collin Tyzinski
Head Groundskeeper

This will be Collin's 4th season with the Vibes as the Heads Groundskeeper. Prior to the Rocky Mountain Vibes Collin started out in grounds in his hometown with the Erie Seawolves (Detroit Tigers- AA), then worked the Assistant Groundskeeper in the 2017 and 2018 seasons with Lynchburg Hillcats (Cleveland Guardians Advanced-A, the 2019 season with the Bowie Baysox (Baltimore Orioles- AA) as the Assistant Groundskeeper, and the 2019/20 season with the Daytona Tortugas (Cincinnati Reds Advanced-A) and Bethune-Cookman University as the Head Groundskeeper. Collin spent some time at Rice University in Houston, TX before returning back to the Lynchburg Hillcats for the 2021 season as the Head Groundskeeper. Collin Graduated from Tiffin University in Tiffin, OH in 2017 with Bachelors in Arts. During his time at Tiffin, Collin was on the Track and Field team for 4 years primarily running the 400mH. 

During his free time, Collin enjoys watching movies, camping, and playing horrible rounds of golf.  


 
Dean McKissock
Group Sales Manager & Military Liaison

Dean has been with the Rocky Mountain Vibes since 2021, as the Group Sales Manager and Military Liaison. Dean is responsible for connecting the military community in Colorado Springs with the affordable, family fun that the Vibes offer year in and year out. Prior to joining the Vibes, Dean interned with USA Basketball and worked as a Coordinator in the Marketing and Promotions department for the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs.  

Born in Roslyn, New York, Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs and is working towards his Master's degree in Business Administration from Adams State University. Dean and his wife, Ashley, reside in Colorado Springs as they enjoy their 300 days of sunshine.

Aniya is starting her third season with the Vibes as Box Office Manager. During the season she handles the front and back end of all thing's tickets. During our off season she handles season ticket and group sales. Her passion for fan experience is what continuously drives her to work in the sports world. 

Aniya is a native of Colorado Springs and graduated in 2023 from the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs with her Business Management Degree. In her off time, you can find her hanging out with family and close friends.  

 
 

 
 
Dan Ortiz
Head Clubhouse Manager

Walk-Up Song: 

Ortiz is back for his fourth total season with the Rocky Mountain Vibes. He served as the Clubhouse manager for the San Antonio Missions in 2023 after spending the previous three years with the Vibes as the Head Home Clubhouse Manager while also assisting in stadium operations. Prior to his role with Rocky Mountain, he first worked as a bat boy for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox in the early 2000s. Dan graduated from Clubhouse University in Colorado Springs with his degree in Clubhouse Management.

A proud Colorado Springs Native, Toasty enjoys spending his free time watching baseball, hiking Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods with his best friend Sox the Fox, and just going with the vibe. Toasty's hobbies include skiing, boarding, rafting, and camping. When not at the ballpark, Toasty can be found helping out in the community and spreading good vibes up and down the Rocky Mountain front range.
